Dyslexia and the work place

The workplace can be a difficult time for any dyslexic person, the simple
reason is because erors will be made.
With these errors, people can see the dyslexic person not being efficient
at their job. This article will look at how to decrease these errors.:-

10 ways to decrease a dyslexic ways of work

– Receive the agenda before the meeting
– Produce slide shows presentation rather than reports
– If you write a report, plan out with bullet points
– Let your team know you have dyslexia
– Ask someone you trust in your team to read through your work
– Discuss with your boss, how you can decrease your errors
– Ask for simple training, 30 minutes long, with slides presented before the training
– Prepare what you want to say before you speak to them, and take some notes
with you, so you are prepared if they have any questions.
– Have templates report and emails that you send out frequently, just what if written
to make it recent. This allows you not to forget the content and remember what you need to write
– If someone complains of errors, ask them to prepare a meeting to discuss further with examples.`
